JBStock is a Windows desktop application for managing products, stock, customers, suppliers, purchases, sales and business documents. Core business data stays on your computer; Google Drive backup is optional.
Manage day-to-day activity
Organise products, categories, brands and product photos. Follow stock movements, customers, suppliers, purchases, sales, customer balances and supplier payments using local user accounts and role-based permissions.
Documents for your activity
Prepare invoices and compact receipts, with an optional logo, and retain issued documents. The application supports business and individual profiles and interfaces in English, French and Arabic.
Optional Google Drive backup
After you connect your Google account and explicitly authorise uploads, JBStock copies encrypted, complete backup archives to your own Drive. The drive.file permission limits access to files created by or specifically authorised for JBStock. A Google account is not required for local business features.
Keep control of your backups
Complete archives include the database, referenced product photos, logos and archived PDFs. Keep the portable decryption key separately. Local archive restoration is available; downloading or restoring directly from Drive inside JBStock is not part of the current version. Google access remains subject to the project's publication status and your account's policies.
